We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
At the start of customer specific projects the D&E department will design and confirm the process matching the User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Function Design Specification (FDS), The Software/automation Engineer will together with the colleagues in D&E prepare and engineer the product accordingly.
The customer specific projects are primarily created by a package of automation industrial components, and in-house developed software.
Software deliveries:
Based on the confirmed customer specification the responsibility of the software/automation engineer is to provide a well-documented and pre-tested codebase.
Assist production with start-up, adjustment and test including Pre-FAT.
Prepare and execute upgrades and changes together with the service department at existing customers.
The daily work will consist of applying verified and approved code, which requires that you are able to read, understand and use other people’s work and documentation.
A normal work day involves contact with many divisions, also across different regions.
