Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and help colleagues understand decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor production processes to help maintain stable performance.
• Work with operators and technicians to understand and resolve process-related challenges.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methods when deviations or production issues occur.
• Analyse production data to identify correlations and opportunities for understanding.
• Develop and improve fermentation and recovery processes, process-monitoring systems, and workflows.
• Use data and cross-functional input to quantify deviations and recommend improvements.
