Join the Solids Process Team in Bagsværd and play a key role in delivering sustainable biosolutions to customers around the world. We are a team of operators, technicians, engineers, specialists, associate managers, and leaders working across three production lines producing enzyme granulates for Household Care and Animal Nutrition, color granulates, and spray-dried food products. Together, we ensure products are delivered safely, on time, at the right quality, and at the right cost.
As an Associate Manager, you will have a direct impact on the performance of our production operations and the development of our people. You will lead daily operations, create engagement within the team, and drive continuous improvements that support Novonesis’ purpose of delivering sustainable biosolutions to customers globally.
This role is focused on execution and operational excellence. You will work closely with operators, technicians, engineers, maintenance, quality, planning, and other support functions to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production performance.
Leadership or management education would be considered an advantage. Experience leading change initiatives and driving operational improvements in a manufacturing environment is also highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable challenging the status quo and who can drive positive change through strong people leadership. In addition, you bring a target-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for developing others, creating engagement, and continuously improving team and operational performance.
