We are a team of operators, technicians, engineers, specialists, associate managers, and leaders working across three production lines producing enzyme granulates for Household Care and Animal Nutrition, color granulates, and spray-dried food products. Together, we ensure products are delivered safely, on time, at the right quality, and at the right cost.

As an Associate Manager, you will have a direct impact on the performance of our production operations and the development of our people. You will lead daily operations, create engagement within the team, and drive continuous improvements that support Novonesis’ purpose of delivering sustainable biosolutions to customers globally.

The role & your impact

This role is focused on execution and operational excellence. You will work closely with operators, technicians, engineers, maintenance, quality, planning, and other support functions to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production performance.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Lead safe and efficient daily operations across assigned production lines.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• Relevant education within Process Technology, Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Experience from a production or manufacturing environment, preferably large-scale production.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and daily operational management.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong execution mindset with a focus on delivering results and creating stable operations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions.
• Structured and persistent approach to solving problems and handling operational challenges.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

Leadership or management education would be considered an advantage. Experience leading change initiatives and driving operational improvements in a manufacturing environment is also highly valued.
