Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting in Copenhagen is seeking a Manager to join our European team advising financial institutions on Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and solution implementations. You will lead workstreams, collaborate with senior client stakeholders and drive delivery across projects.

The role requires a Masters in Economics/Finance and at least three years in consulting within financial services, plus strong English and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance.
• Minimum of three years of consulting experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of Private Markets (Alternative Investments) and the investment management business and processes.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent English skills written and verbal; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on value chain design and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
• Act as a business analyst translating business needs into robust solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on implementation strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
