Job summary

Bavarian Nordic A/S in Denmark seeks a Production Supporter to join the Cell Production Support team on a 15-month parental leave cover starting 1 October 2026. You will contribute to aseptic production and GMP-compliant processes in a dynamic, critical manufacturing environment.

You will work with +35 operators and specialists to maintain and improve live-virus production, while collaborating across cross-functional teams and driving projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, pharma, engineering, biotech, life science or similar.
3–5 years of experience with aseptic production and GMP.
Fluency in Danish and English (speaking and writing).
Team player with ambition and agility in a growing company.
Ownership and responsibility for your areas in a complex environment.
Systematic, detail-oriented and data-driven in your work with a scientific mindset.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and continuous improvements in production.
Process confirmation to ensure procedures are followed.
