Job summary

Bestseller Group is seeking an experienced Art Director to develop and evolve visual identities for VILA and ROUGE EDIT. You will lead campaigns, coordinate shoots with internal and external partners, and shape lookbooks and sales materials from concept to final production.

You will manage multiple projects, stay on-trend in fashion, and bring a strong creative eye combined with practical production skills. This role offers hybrid work with a Denmark-based office.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an Art Director in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong concept development and production leadership.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns for VILA and ROUGE EDIT.
• Drive large photoshoots and productions with models, photographers and stylists.
• Create lookbooks and sales materials as part of content productions.
• Book models for shoots and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on AI-generated content and future content direction.
• Monitor content performance and refine brand expression.
