Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking an Architecture Manager in Kolding to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The role requires directing a team of architects and designers, developing timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery within scope and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in architectural design or PM, strong design and construction knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Travel for site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Experience managing complex architectural projects.
• Ability to travel for site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review and approve project designs to ensure they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
