Job summary

MapleGroves in Horsens, Denmark is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead an architecture team in designing and delivering projects to high standards. You will guide architects, review plans, and ensure client needs are met while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in architecture, leadership, and knowledge of Danish regulations. A visa sponsorship and health benefits are offered in a full-time package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as Architecture Manager or similar in construction.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and diverse teams.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Danish/Scandinavian projects and knowledge of sustainable design (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects in development and execution of architectural plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure designs meet needs.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on budget and timeline.
• Review and approve architectural plans, specs, and drawings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows proposed plans.
• Provide guidance to junior architects on technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies for designs.
• Oversee project budgets, contracts, and schedules.
