Job summary

EliteHosts is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the design and construction process for Greenland projects. You will work with architects and engineers to develop plans, create detailed CAD drawings, and prepare specifications and materials lists.

Responsibilities include site visits, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability practices. A strong CAD background and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit and knowledge of building codes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
• Create detailed technical drawings using computer‑aided design (CAD) software
• Prepare specifications and materials lists for construction projects
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans
• Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues during construction
