Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Randers, Denmark to create detailed building plans and designs based on client specifications and site measurements.

You will ensure designs comply with building codes, collaborate with architects and engineers, and prepare cost estimates for materials and labor. The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication in English; Danish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed building plans and designs using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and gather information.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop design concepts.
• Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations.
