The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology and is proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of drawings, plans and specifications for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Research building materials and products to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and other stakeholders as needed.
