Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking quality control specialists to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems. As a QC contributor, you will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure transcripts are natural, readable display text according to the project guidelines.

You will verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, and currencies; compare the Display Transcription to the original transcript; identify formatting or guideline-related errors; and

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
• Experience in transcription, proofreading, or linguistic projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency
• Compare Display Transcription against the original lexical transcript and guidelines
• Verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and currencies
• Ensure original words and meaning are preserved
• Identify and correct formatting or guideline-related errors
• Use reference audio to verify ambiguous cases
• Apply project-quality standards consistently
• Provide accurate feedback and flag recurring issues
• Complete QC tasks within deadlines and productivity targets
