Job summary

Danske Bank in Denmark is establishing an AI Model Assessment team in Business Controls & Product Management. As an AI Risk Evaluator, you will assess AI models and AI-enabled solutions across their lifecycle, ensuring use, performance, and controls are understood, tested and well documented.

The role can be based in Copenhagen, Vilnius, Warsaw, Stockholm or Helsinki, and offers a central 1st Line of Defence capability with strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AI/ML and risk management in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, foundation models, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, model testing, or experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifecycle assessments of AI models and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate risk findings into evaluation objectives, metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Provide robust challenge to model developers and owners.
• Assess model performance, robustness, hallucination and grounding.
• Prepare reproducible assessment evidence for independent review.
• Contribute findings to reusable methodologies and standards.
