Your New Role

As AI Product Lead, you will be the driving force behind AI adoption across Tablets & Finished Products Site Måløv. Working across functions and leadership levels, you will identify opportunities where AI can create value, help prioritise initiatives, and support successful implementation and adoption. This is a unique opportunity to influence the site's AI journey from strategy to execution while collaborating with specialists, leaders, and colleagues across Novo Nordisk.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Translating strategic priorities into AI-driven initiatives that support business objectives and operational performance.
• Identifying, prioritising, and maturing high-value AI use cases that create measurable business impact.
• Acting as the site's AI ambassador by advising leaders, connecting stakeholders, and representing the site in AI networks and communities.
• Driving change management, engagement activities, and adoption initiatives to embed AI-enabled ways of working.
• Collaborating with Data, AI, and technology specialists to validate opportunities, develop proofs of concept, and realise business value from idea to implementation.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and practical execution. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and AI capabilities, ensuring that opportunities are transformed into sustainable solutions that support the site's ambitions.

Your New Department

Tablets & Finished Products Site Måløv produces and packages tablets for patients around the world. Across production, quality, technical support, and business support functions, colleagues work closely together to maintain stable operations, ensure high quality, and continuously improve performance.

The position is anchored in the PAS-X, Data & AI team within Production & Business Support. However, the reach of the role extends across the entire site. As AI becomes an increasingly important enabler of business performance, this newly established position will help identify where AI can create value and support the successful adoption of innovative solutions throughout the organisation.

Your Skills And Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who combines business understanding, technological curiosity, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

• A master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business administration, IT, digitalisation, or a related field.
• Experience within manufacturing, operational excellence, production support, digital transformation, or similar business-facing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate business needs into value-creating initiatives.
• Experience driving organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• A solid understanding of generative AI, AI agents, automation technologies, and their practical business applications.

Experience within product ownership, cLEAN, operational excellence, manufacturing support, or digital transformation programmes will be considered an advantage.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
