Job summary

Claimlane in Copenhagen is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to get every customer live with our AI agent. You’ll work with the AI Lead Developer and the Head of Customer Success to set up, test, and refine the implementation for each customer.

This is a junior-to-mid level role designed for fast growth. No prior AI experience required, but you should be sharp, structured, and curious about making solutions work reliably for every customer.

• Build and run evaluation tests that prove each AI agent works before it goes live.
• Escalate questions the AI can't answer, then feed the customer's answer back into the setup.
• Spot what the AI can't yet solve, from missing data to new use cases, and document it.
• Build and refine Claimlane's AI implementation process with the AI Lead Developer and Head of Customer Success.
• Own AI implementation end to end for every new customer as you ramp up.

The Role

Your goal is to give every customer a magical experience with Claimlane's AI agent. You take the setup it generates, correct it against the customer's real rules, and prove it works with evaluation tests before it goes live.

You work closely with our AI Lead Developer on the technical side and our Head of Customer Success on the customer and commercial side, building and refining Claimlane's AI implementation process together.

You ramp up fast, moving from your first customer in week one to owning AI implementation for every new customer within your first month. You keep escalating what the AI can't answer, working with customers to find the right call and feeding it back in.

This is a junior-to-mid-level role built for fast growth. You do not need prior AI or technical experience, but you do need to be sharp, structured, and genuinely curious about making something work correctly, not just once, but for every customer that comes after.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and correct every customer's AI-generated setup against their real rules before going live.

Requirements

• Sharp, structured thinker who understands and applies complex rules and logic quickly.
• Naturally test-minded, thinking in edge cases and how something could break before a customer finds out.
• Strong analytical skills, spotting patterns across customers and turning them into concrete fixes or new ideas.
• Extremely quick learner who goes deep on a new customer's rules and policies fast.
• Precise and detail-oriented, catching small errors in logic or wording before they reach a customer.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, digging into their specific guidelines to check and correct a generated setup.
• Collaborative, working closely with technical and commercial stakeholders to shape a shared way of working.
• Genuinely curious, motivated to become a deep expert in AI configuration, training, and evaluation.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

• Working directly with customers in a support, success, or implementation role.
• Building or setting up agentic AI systems.
• Working with rules, logic, or structured data, such as in operations, QA, or analytics.
• Working in B2B SaaS or another scale-up environment.

Location and Compensation
