Job summary

Getinge in Copenhagen seeks a results-driven professional to join the Digital Health Solutions team, shaping how processes are designed and automated. You will integrate AI-enabled tools to improve cross-functional operations across DHS and Surgical Workflows.

The role emphasizes hybrid work, global impact, and collaboration with internal teams including IT, Quality, and R&D to deliver tangible improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years in process improvement, internal digital transformation, or software engineering.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, stakeholders, and change resistance in large organisations.
• Strong in at least one track and genuine interest in others.
• Experience working across internal functions (Quality, IT, operations, R&D) to translate between worlds and drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal English in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions to map how work gets done and identify friction.
• Design internal workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools that teams will actually use, not just theory.
• Configure platforms, write automation scripts, and stitch systems together to deliver value.
• Run experiments with hypotheses, metrics, and timeboxes to validate improvements.
• Scale successful processes and AI workflows across DHS and Surgical Workflows globally.
