Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking an AEP/RT-CDP expert to lead enterprise data programs, combining hands-on platform work with delivery leadership. You will work with marketing, analytics, data and engineering teams to build scalable, privacy-safe data foundations and activate data-driven customer experiences at scale.

The role offers ownership in high-impact programs, ongoing learning, and collaborative support from experienced architects and martech specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Real-Time CDP solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in AEP data modeling: XDM schemas, datasets, identity, and profile behavior.
• Solid understanding of RT-CDP concepts: Real-Time Customer Profile, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations into AEP, including troubleshooting and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of customer data fundamentals: consent, governance, data quality, and activation dependencies.
• Delivery leadership experience: planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and risk handling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of AEP and RT-CDP solutions, enabling activation across channels.
• Assist in requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, and stabilization phases.
• Design and configure AEP data models, including XDM schemas, datasets, and profile-enabled datasets.
• Advise on identity strategy, segmentation, and activation use cases.
• Support data ingestion and integrations into AEP, including mapping and validation.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and technical teams to enable personalization and measurement.
