Job summary

UNFPA SCMU seeks a consultant to refresh and operationalize its ABC model, conduct a workload driver assessment and develop a forward-looking pricing framework covering end-to-end supply chain services. The assignment will estimate the full cost of doing business and align costs with service categories, including TPP and inventory management.

The consultant will work remotely with possible in-person consultations at SCMU in Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Support Services and collaborating

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, supply-chain management or data analytics.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CMA is an asset and beneficial for the role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and financial modelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inception, data review and data assessment.
• Refresh ABC model and estimate full cost of doing business.
• Validate people costs, workload drivers and capacity analyses.
• Conduct category-level costing, benchmark pricing and TPP costing.
• Develop 2027 pricing and cost-recovery recommendations.
• Institute governance, data ownership and knowledge transfer.
