3Shape’s two-year Graduate Program serves as a launchpad for a high-impact career. Graduates rotate through three different departments within the Technical Track, with the possibility of an international assignment. This program gives talented and motivated young professionals the chance to acquire new knowledge, expand their skillset, and gain valuable expertise from the very beginning. Graduates gain unique insights into the core of our business and play an essential role in our strategy to develop future leaders and specialists at 3Shape.

• Rotate through three departments (8 months each) working with e.g., UX/UI, Software Development, Computer Science, IT, Data, Discovery, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, and Production and Supply Chain.
