Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Viborg, Denmark, seeks a hands-on Critical Services Technician to join the 24/7 operations team. You will operate and maintain critical and non-critical data center infrastructure, monitor power and cooling, and respond to technical issues to ensure uptime.

The role requires technical education, 1–3+ years in a mission-critical environment, and ability to work rotating shifts. You will use CMMS for work planning and collaborate with contractors to uphold safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical education or relevant training required.
• 1-3+ years in a mission-critical environment.
• Electrical or mechanical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center infrastructure and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor power, cooling, and environmental conditions.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and safely.
• Escalate emergencies and support recovery.
• Support planning and execution of corrective work.
• Maintain facility records and change management.
• Follow change control and safety procedures.
• Work shifts to support 24/7 operations.
