Job summary

JYSK Head Office in Aarhus is seeking a 12-month maternity cover HR Analyst to turn HR data into insights. You will work with salary data, market insights and global pay ranges, ensuring high-quality master data across the organisation and collaborating with colleagues in multiple countries.

You will contribute to pay transparency work and support the EU directive, while developing tools to visualise HR data and provide analyses for informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience in data, numbers or analytics in an international setting.
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Organisation or related field.
• Structured, analytical work style with attention to detail.
• Understands why high-quality master data matters for business decisions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Turn HR data into insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure high-quality employee master data through controlling and follow-up.
• Analyse market data and support development of global pay ranges.
• Analyse salary data to identify patterns for fair pay across jobs and levels.
• Develop tools that make HR data easy to analyse and visualise.
• Prepare process documentation, analyses and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners and other colleagues across JYSK countries.
