ZOLLHOF – Tech Incubator in Nürnberg invites you to join its Impact Fellowship. This 3-month, full-time program gives you real money to live on (up to €1,000/month), access to mentors who built companies, and ownership over your venture from day one.

Over 12 weeks you’ll move from matching with a co-founder and framing your challenge to problem discovery, validation with real people, and building a minimal solution for Decision Day. If it works, we continue with funding and coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Ready to commit full-time for 3 months.
• Any background welcome – school leavers, students, career changers, builders.
• An international background, drive, or unconventional path are a plus.
• Courage to bring your own idea, or openness to find one with us.
• Work permit for the whole duration; confident use of German and/or English.

ZOLLHOF: We are building the future of entrepreneurship.

And you can be part of it as a founder in our new Impact Fellowship. You don't have to be ready, you have to start. Our 3-month full-time fellowship gives you real money to live on (up to €1.000/month), a proven incubator behind you, and mentors who've actually built companies. Bring a problem you'd like to tackle, or find one here, and turn it into a real venture with complete ownership over your idea. Across 12 weeks you move from matching with a co-founder and framing your challenge, through problem discovery and validation with real people, to building and revalidating the smallest possible solution. On Decision Day, you present your evidence and make the call: fight for it, or kill it and start fresh. Either way, you leave three months ahead of every peer who took the conventional route: if it works, we keep going with you through funding, coaching, and the full ZOLLHOF incubator; if it doesn't, you walk away with skills no classroom teaches - ownership, speed, and a clear head when things get chaotic.
