Choco is seeking a Workplace & Culture Intern in Berlin to own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming and functional space for 80–90 colleagues.

You will coordinate vendors, onboarding logistics, office events, and documentation, taking ownership of problems until they are solved. Fluent German and English required; current student for a full-time internship.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying and available for a full-time internship of at least five months (ideally six).
• Experience in fast-paced, service-oriented environments such as hospitality, retail, events, customer service, office support, or similar roles.
• Able to stay organized when priorities change and not waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Confident communication with colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
• Fluent in both German and English.

As our Workplace & Culture Intern, you'll own the day-to-day operations of our Berlin office. You'll make sure around 80–90 colleagues can focus on solving hard problems instead of worrying about broken meeting rooms, missing equipment, onboarding logistics, or operational distractions.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend your time observing. You'll become the go-to person for keeping our office running, making practical decisions every day, and taking ownership of problems until they're solved.
