Zusammenfassung

Onsai GmbH sucht eine/den Studentin zur Unterstützung des Leadership Development & Learning Excellence-Teams. Sie forschen zu aktuellen Führungs- und Lern- Themen und tragen zur Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte und Trainingsprogramme bei.

Sie gestalten hybride und virtuelle Lernformate, nutzen digitale Lerntechnologien und Plattformen und unterstützen die Pflege interner Webseiten, Videoproduktionen und automatisierte Workflows.

Qualifikationen

• MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Kenntnisse aktueller Lerntechnologien, Lernplattformen und digitaler Lernformate.
• Erfahrung in Forschungsunterstützung, Konzeptentwicklung und Gestaltung hybrider bzw. virtueller Lernformate.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Leadership Development & Learning Excellence-Teams bei Forschungsarbeiten zu Führungs- und Lernthemen.
• Mitgestaltung hybrider und virtueller Lernformate unter Einsatz digitaler Lerntechnologien.
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege interner Webseiten, Erstellung von Videoinhalten und Automatisierung von Workflows.
• Mitorganisation von Workshops und Events, Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.

Aufgaben:

You support our Leadership Development & Learning Excellence team by conducting research on current leadership and learning topics, thereby contributing to the development of innovative concepts and training programs.

Building on this, you help design hybrid and virtual learning experiences, leveraging your knowledge of digital learning technologies and platforms.

Additionally, you assist in maintaining internal web pages, creating engaging video content, and automating workflows to enhance our communication and processes.

Finally, you help organize workshops and events, ensuring smooth operations and a valuable experience for all participants.

Qualifikation:

Education:

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as psychology, learning psychology, people and leadership development, organizational development, or business administration.

Experience and Skills:

• You are confident in working with Microsoft Office applications.
• You have knowledge of state-of-the-art learning technologies, learning platforms, and digital learning formats.
• You are experienced in supporting research, concept development, and creating hybrid or virtual learning experiences.

Ways of Working:

• You impress with your organizational and communication skills, initiative, creativity, results orientation, and precise work.

Languages:

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
