Qualifikationen

• Derzeit Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft oder eines verwandten Fachs.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Startup-Entwicklung oder Beratung ist von Vorteil.
• Vertraut mit Marktanalysen, Businessplan-Entwicklung oder Technologie-Kommercialisierung.
• Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Venture Directors bei der Vermittlung von Technologien, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
• Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Geschäftskonzepten und Businessplänen unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Forschungsdaten.
• Unterstützung im Vertriebsprozess durch Identifikation potenzieller Kunden und Erstellung von Verkaufsmaterialien.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um praktische Erfahrungen im Venture-Building zu sammeln.

You support your supervising Venture Director by getting familiar with the key aspects of technology commercialization, actively participating in ongoing projectsBuilding on this, you assist in evaluating the business potential of innovative technologies by conducting thorough analyses of technology trends, markets, and competitorsSubsequently, you help develop business concepts and business plans, ensuring that all relevant data and research findings are incorporatedAdditionally, you contribute to the sales process by identifying potential customers, preparing sales materials, and supporting outreach activitiesThroughout all stages, you collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as market experts or potential customers, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of venture building

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently successfully studying Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related fieldExperience and Skills :You have already completed intermediate examinations (approximately to bachelor level) and have gained initial professional experience in your fieldExperience in start-up development or consulting is an advantageYou are familiar with market analysis, business plan development or technology commercializationWays of Working : You work independently, show strong analytical thinking and are a committed team playerLanguages : You have business-fluent English and German skills
