As a Program/Project Manager within Wholesale Lending Services team, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. You will also be responsible for building and leading diverse teams, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. • Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.

• Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.

• Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.

• Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.

• Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.

• Drive process consistency by leading collaboration across operations teams to implement standardized best practices, particularly as processes and technologies evolve

• Document, monitor, and execute key change management objectives, such as communications, training, and adoption of new tools, applications, and processes

• Partner with Product teams to design and produce reporting intended to aid Operations teams in accelerating and maintaining adoption of new tools, applications, and processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.

• Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.

• Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate potential scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.

• Direct experience working in Syndicated Loan Operations or with the Loan IQ lending platform
