Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Responsible for tool storage including issuing, returning, functional testing and cleaning.
• Regular checks of safety tools and devices for expiry, damage, and self-repair of defects.
• Pre-assembly of assemblies and preparation of parts for maintenance.
• Manage consumables and measuring tools, including shipping and calibration.
• Ensure orderliness and cleanliness in the workshop area.
• Assist in the procurement process for tools and measuring devices.
• Maintain electronic management systems.
• Monitor and manage stock levels considering storage capacity.
• Prepare materials for shipping and handle loading/unloading of transports.

Einsatzort: Berlin

Das Sind Ihre Aufgaben Bei Uns Im Team

• Verantwortung für das Werkzeuglager inkl. Werkzeugausgabe, Werkzeugrücknahme sowie Funktionsprüfung und Reinigung der Werkzeuge
• Regelmäßige Durchführung von Kontrollen der sicherheitsrelevanten Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel wie z.B. Prüfdatum, Beschädigungen und eigenständige Behebung von Mängeln
• Vormontage von Baugruppen und Vorbereitung von Teilesätzen für Wartungen
• Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Messmitteln inkl. Versand und Kalibrierung
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Werkstattumfeld
• Unterstützung beim Bestellprozess für Werkzeuge und Messmittel
• Pflege der elektronischen Verwaltungssysteme
• Verwalten und Überwachen von Lagerbeständen unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Lagerkapazitäten
• Material zum Versand vorbereiten, Be- und Entladen von Transporten

• Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Belastbarkeit auch wenn es mal hektisch wird
• Gutes technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Interesse am Umgang mit Software für Werkzeug- und Lagerverwaltung
• Berufserfahrung in der Lagerverwaltung und Werkstatt von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Flurförderfahrzeugen und Krantätigkeiten von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (Windows)
