Zusammenfassung

C&A Mode GmbH & Co. KG in Düsseldorf invites a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join the Talent & Learning team.

You will support the LMS, coordinate onboarding for new joiners, and collaborate on cross-functional projects as you gain hands-on experience in an international retail environment. Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

• C&A Academy: You will support the team in maintaining our learning management system (LMS) and creating new e-learning content
• Onboarding: You will coordinate and prepare the welcome of our new joiners each month, e.g., onboarding events and goodie bags
• Projects: You will have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders to bring our initiatives and projects to success

What you bring

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team for 20 hrs/week
