Zusammenfassung

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) in Leipzig to support the ICT Security Change Services (SCS) team PMO. You will help plan, coordinate, and track cyber security projects, act as an interface among Cyber Security, IT Services, software development, and business units, and assist in preparing documentation and management reports.

You will participate in workshops, meetings, and governance activities, while developing your skills in project management and cybersecurity

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing studies at a German university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Availability to support the team for multiple semesters.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams); Jira knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in project management, change management, and cybersecurity topics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to proactively contribute to team objectives.
• Good German and/or English language skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

In your role, you will support the ICT Security Change Services (SCS) team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives by contributing to the following activities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of cyber security projects and change initiatives
• Act as an interface between Cyber Security, IT Services, Software Development, and Business departments
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers

• Support the management and continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance activities, and audit-related tasksMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates to ensure transparent reporting
