epilot GmbH in Cologne is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) to lead product strategy, work closely with design and engineering, and drive ongoing improvement in our SaaS platform for the energy market.

You will prioritize complex requirements, collaborate with developers on new features, and align product streams to sharpen epilot's competitive edge through data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is eager to get their hands "dirty" to make our product a little better with each sprint and can lead the product, design, and engineering teams.

We, the "epilots," are a team of experts in software development, the energy industry, product management, and sales. To accelerate our solution's ascent in the energy world, we are currently looking for you as a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d).

What you’ll do in your role:

• You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the complex requirements of both internal and external stakeholders

• Working collaboratively with our software engineers, you will be involved in developing new features and optimizing existing ones

• In a cross-functional capacity, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating various product streams to further enhance epilot's core features and competitive advantages

• Leveraging your strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of our customers, you will strategically position and differentiate our product in the market

• Your role will involve making informed decisions based on the evaluation of KPIs, customer feedback, and market analyses

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in digital product or project management and can look back on proven successes

• You have a deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies

• You have a high degree of flexibility and creativity
