OHB SE in Bremen is seeking a Working Student Sustainability (m/w/d) to assist the Sustainability Department, help prepare analyses and the annual sustainability report, and contribute to sustainability communications across OHB platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on sustainability or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability topics and frameworks.
• Knowledge of corporate communications practices.
• Excellent written and spoken German (C1 CEFR).
• Good English skills (B2 CEFR) and proficient IT skills (MS Office).

Aufgaben

• Support Sustainability Department activities, including the annual Sustainability Report.
• Contribute to content creation for OHB Group sustainability communications.
• Assist in analyses and concepts aligned with the sustainability strategy.
• Support data collection, validation, and preparation for sustainability reports.
• Create and update audience-specific content for intranet, website, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and analyze regulatory requirements.
• Perform sustainability research and manage the sustainability mailbox.

Your Tasks

Main Responsibilities of the Position

• Supporting the Sustainability Department in its activities, including the preparation of the OHB Group’s annual Sustainability Report
• Contributing to the conceptual development and content creation of the OHB Group’s sustainability communications

Job Description

• Assisting in the preparation and continuous development of analyses and concepts aligned with the sustainability strategy
• Supporting the collection, validation, and preparation of sustainability-related data
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Creating, reviewing, and updating audience-specific content for sustainability communications, particularly for the one.OHB intranet, the OHB SE website, subsidiary websites, and social media channels
• Collaborating closely with the Corporate Communications Department
• Supporting the analysis and interpretation of sustainability-related regulatory requirements and assisting with their implementation
• Conducting research on sustainability topics and preparing research findings for internal use
• Managing and monitoring the general sustainability mailbox ([e-mail])

Your Qualificatons

Professional Competencies (including Methodological and Digital Skills)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainability-related topics and frameworks
• Knowledge of corporate communications and communication practices
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level according to the CEFR)
• Good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level according to the CEFR)
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
