Amazon Workforce Staffing is seeking entry-level warehouse staff in Germany. You will select, pack, and ship orders for standard and fast-delivery services, working with mobile devices to scan and sort items.

Roles include lifting up to 15 kg and operating in a safety‑mocused warehouse environment. Both full-time and part-time schedules are offered, with fixed shifts and a 5‑day work week, including occasional Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in German, English, Romanian, and/or Arabic.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

BRE2 SITE IS OFFERING FULL-TIME CONTRACTS TILL 31/07/2027

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,75

Salary

15.80€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.86€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.14€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,54 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,74 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shiftpolicy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit differentlifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers relying on Amazon services.You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders – in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.

Some of your duties may include

• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Receive and put away inventory
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and van
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training andcertification are provided free of cost.

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German, English, Romanian, and/or Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to alljobrequirement and safety guidelines.
