Arvato is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate for our site in Egelsbach, near Frankfurt. You will contribute to inbound, outbound and internal processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

A forklift licence is highly desirable and English and German skills are important for collaboration across teams. The role emphasizes reliability, structured work, and team collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and quality/safety

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Forklift licence and hands-on forklift experience desirable.
• Very good English and good German for international environment.
• Ability to work in a structured, reliable and team-focused manner.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office/Teams is a plus.

• Execute inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes per quality, safety and operations standards.
• Perform system bookings, stock checks and inventory-related tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Support picking, packing, staging and shipping with high accuracy and speed.
• Suggest workflow improvements and support a culture of learning and progress.
• Follow quality, health and safety requirements and complete operational documentation.
• Operate in a warehouse environment with attention to process and safety.
• Be familiar with warehouse systems and tools; forklift experience is advantageous.
• Communicate effectively in English and German within an international team.

Join us as a Warehouse Operations Associate (m/w/x) at our site in Egelsbach, near Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will contribute to smooth warehouse operations, help drive continuous improvement and support a culture of reliability, collaboration and high performance. The position is limited to 2 years, with a long-term perspective. Are you on it?

Your Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Execute inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes in line with established quality, safety and operational standards.
• Inventory Management: Perform system bookings, stock checks and inventory-related tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and process transparency.
• Order Fulfilment: Support picking, packing, staging and shipping activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows, identify optimization opportunities and support a culture of learning and progress.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow all quality, health and safety requirements and complete the necessary operational documentation.
• Warehouse Experience: You have practical experience in warehouse operations or logistics and understand warehouse processes and procedures.
• Forklift Certification: A valid forklift licence and hands-on experience operating industrial trucks are highly desirable.
• System Skills: You are comfortable working with warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) as well as Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Language Skills: You have very good English skills and good German skills to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Working Style & Teamwork: You work in a reliable, structured and responsible manner, enjoy collaborating with others and contribute positively to team success.
