Amazon Workforce Staffing is hiring for entry-level warehouse roles at the delivery station in Neuwied. You will load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries for drivers, and may be trained to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet drivers depending on site.

Full-time and part-time positions with fixed schedules are available, with the option to choose shifts later in the process. Eligible candidates must be 18+ and proficient in German and/or English.

Jobbeschreibung

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary

16,28€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated16,73€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18,31€/h gross)

Night Shift

20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smilesto customers.You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers.And depending on the site, you may be trained to be a heavy equipment operator, using powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or palletdriver.

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg (solo) and 23kg (team lift)
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
