Amazon Deutschland in Helsa (Hessen) is hiring for warehouse roles. Day shifts paid at 17.40€ gross per hour with wage adjustments after 12 and 24 months. Night shifts pay 20.86€ per hour, including a tax-free night bonus of 4.81€ per hour.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday. Employees receive a Deutschlandticket (63€ monthly) and free shuttle buses. Duties include unloading, scanning and handling packages using scanners and handheld printers. Basic German or English knowledge is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in German and/or English/Polish.
• Able to stand and walk for long shifts.
• Lift up to 15 kg and perform safe handling.

Location:

17.40€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.40€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.26€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,86 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,81 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts:

• Working week from Monday to Saturday, 5 working days

Transportation:

• All employees at Amazon receive the Deutschlandticket (worth €63.00 monthly) free of charge

Some of your duties may include:

• Unloading, lifting and transporting products
• Scanning, sorting and diverting packages containing the full range of Amazon's products
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers

You’ll also need to be able to:

• Speak basic level of German or English language
• Follow our safety first approach and quality and production standards
• Be comfortable on your feet, as you may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift.
• Lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
