Responsibilities

• Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form videos for YouTube, social media, and other marketing channels
• Manage YouTube uploads, including basic titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and organization
• Create polished marketing content from Zoom-style interviews, customer conversations, and virtual recordings
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional needs
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for additional marketing assets
• Manage and create AI-produced video content
• Ensure AI-generated and externally produced videos meet brand messaging, visual identity, quality, and format standards
• Create event recap and highlight videos when needed
• Meet deadlines set by the Director of Marketing
• Work approximately 20 hours per month

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience creating and editing video content
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience with virtual event platforms
• Proficiency with a video editing platform such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, audio, and basic motion graphics
• Experience working with interviews, Zoom recordings, podcasts, or other conversational video content
• Ability to create clean, engaging thumbnails, titles, and basic YouTube descriptions
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand standards and visual consistency
