About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Value & Market Access Manager to join our German affiliate team in Berlin. This role offers the chance to lead national market access strategies and shape the future of healthcare delivery in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national pricing and market access strategies in alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Lead the strategic concept and execution of the AMNOG benefit assessment process for innovative medicines.
• Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and value propositions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage pricing negotiations and develop pricing strategies tailored to the German healthcare landscape.
• Analyse healthcare policies and regulations to identify opportunities and risks for market access.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, commercial, and government affairs teams to align access strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including payers, government officials, and industry associations.
• Monitor and influence policy developments and proactively shape the market environment.
• Support real‑world evidence initiatives and lead disease advocacy activities with KOLs, patient organisations, and health authorities.
