Задачи
- Own project design from the initial idea through final handover
- Understand client problems and goals and translate them into clear design briefs with project management
- Develop product concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Translate concepts into web and app interface designs aligned with the brand and target audience
- Build and maintain modular design systems
- Present work independently to clients in a well-founded, convincing, and business-relevant way
- Shape scope, effort, and feasibility with the project manager so solutions fit the budget
- Improve colleagues’ work through reviews, sparring, and honest feedback
- Build long-term client relationships instead of pursuing short-term wins
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product, UX, or UI design from agencies, product studios, or in-house product teams
- Confidently use design tools, especially Figma, for rapid prototyping and precise interfaces
- Work confidently with modular design systems and libraries
- Make interface decisions informed by UX requirements and frontend realities
- Make design decisions with an understanding of their impact on clients’ businesses
- Communicate strongly in German at native or at least C1 level
- Speak fluent English
- Feel comfortable presenting to clients, moderating workshops, and framing design decisions clearly
- Use AI tools in research, ideation, and production with curiosity and independent judgment, and share effective practices with the team
- Work in a structured and pragmatic way, turning unstructured briefs into clear next steps
- Value transparent, respectful collaboration and know when to ask for help
