Almedia is seeking a User Acquisition Trainee to support our UA team as creative production scales. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on structure, volume, and getting details right the first time.

The position is a 6-month contract with the possibility to convert to full-time. It offers a full-time internship experience, exposure to UA metrics, and collaboration with external agencies to streamline workflows.

Qualifikationen

We're looking for a User Acquisition Trainee to support our UA team as creative production scales to hundreds of videos. This is an operational, hands-on role: you'll keep the upload pipeline organized and moving, so the UA team can stay focused on strategy. This isn't a campaign management or data analysis role. It's built for someone who thrives on structure, volume, and getting the details right the first time.

6-month contract, with possibility to convert to full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage Creative Uploads at Scale: Upload and organize hundreds of video creatives across platforms as production volume grows.

• Own Folder Structure: Keep creative asset libraries clean, consistent, and easy for the team to navigate.

• Coordinate with Agencies: Communicate directly with creative agencies on delivery status, formats, and turnaround.

• Support AI Automation: Help build and maintain upload workflows that cut manual work as volume scales.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Operational Rigor: Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work.

• UA Fundamentals: A working understanding of core UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR). You don't need to have run campaigns, but you know what the numbers mean.

• Communication Skills: You coordinate clearly with external agencies and internal teams.

• AI/Data Curiosity: Familiarity with automation tools or basic data work is a strong plus.

• Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time internship, not a working student position.
