Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical or industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes in industrial environments, ideally in electrical energy.
• Knowledge in lean management.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and engage in new topics.
• Self-driven, analytical team player with strong communication skills.
• International mobility required for assignments.

Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within the Hitachi Energy community. It will take you through three to four work assignments focused on Sales & Marketing, one of the placements will be used to gain first internation experience within our large network across the globe, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy.

During this journey you will learn more about how we are operating in one of the largest local service unit within Hitachi Energy across our portfolio in high voltage products such as transformers, gas insulated switchgears and much more.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical or industrial engineering, business administration or similar
• Good knowledge about sales and marketing processes in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of elelctrical energy
• Good knowledge in lean management
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• High willingness to learn and motivation to engage in new topics
• Self-driven, analytical team player with strong communication skills
• International mobility required for your assignments
