Square One Resources sp. z o.o. is seeking a Test Coordinator to support an international IT project focused on software quality assurance and testing activities.

You will work with the Test Manager, testers, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate testing tasks, monitor execution, report risks, and help improve testing processes for reliable software delivery. Fluent German (minimum B2) is mandatory, and English is advantageous in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience in software testing.
• Good understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
