Zusammenfassung

Schmersal Group sucht Technische Mitarbeiter im Bereich Support & Variantenkonstruktion in Wettenberg. Sie arbeiten an der Erstellung, Prüfung und Dokumentation von Bauteilen in elektromechanischen Sicherheits­systemen und unterstützen die Stammdatenpflege.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Produktdesign, sowie Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD (Cre o) und SAP. Teamorientierung, Genauigkeit und gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Technische Produktgestaltung oder gleichwertig
• Weitere Qualifikationen im Maschinenbau sind vorteilhaft
• Gute Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD-Systemen sowie SAP und MS Office

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung im Bereich Stammdaten und Stücklistenpflege
• Erstellung und Layout von Namen-/Typplaketten sowie Dokumentation entsprechender Änderungen
• Entwurf, Änderung und Prüfung von Konstruktionszeichnungen und 3D-Bauteilen
• Klassifizierung von Bauteilen mittels SAP und Plausibilitätsprüfung der Daten
• Planung und Inbetriebnahme von Tests sowie Auswertung und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse

Your Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and technical support in the area of master data and bill of materials maintenance
• Creating nameplate and label layouts, including coordinating required information and change requests with the relevant departments and preparing the associated documentation
• Creation, modification, and review of design drawings, as well as the design of 3D components, assemblies, and devices in the field of electromechanical safety switching systems
• Classification of components using SAP and verification of stored data for completeness and plausibility
• Planning and commissioning of tests, as well as evaluation and documentation of test and measurement results

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of technical product design (specializing in product design and engineering)
• Further training in mechanical engineering is a plus
• Relevant professional experience in the specified field and enthusiasm for electromechanical designs
• Good working knowledge of 3D CAD (preferably PTC Creo) as well as proficiency with SAP and MS Office
• Experience with CorelDRAW, Codesoft, and/or PHOTONmark is a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory
• Independent, structured work style, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
