Nebius is hiring a Technical Writer to strengthen the docs team within the Product and Infrastructure department. You will create, maintain and scale customer-facing documentation, including tutorials, architecture overviews and references, ensuring clarity and reliability for engineers and developers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical writing, strong English skills, and experience with Git and Markdown/MDX in a cloud/AI context.

The role

We’re looking for a TechnicalWriter. You will strengthen the tech docs team, part of the Product and Infrastructure department,andhelp create,maintain andscalecustomer-facing documentationthat’s clear, relevant and reliable.

Your responsibilities

• Authorand maintaincustomer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references.
• Reviewand revisecontent authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with product managers,designers,solution architects and support engineers to produce insights into userjourneysand improve the documentation accordingly.
• Establish best practices on writing style, workflows,docs infrastructureand automations.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
• Experience with docs-as-code approach(Git, Markdown/MDX)
• Familiarity with concepts in cloud computing (virtual machines and containers, Kubernetes, storage…) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning…)
• The ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high quality and caring for customers at every stage

It will bea bonusif you have:

• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering and automation for authoring and reviewing documentation and problem solving
• Experience with documentation analytics and quality assessment.
