TEKsystems is partnering with a family-owned Oregon manufacturer to hire a Technical Support Specialist in Cornelius, OR. This role fits someone with strong technical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and working directly with customers.

You’ll diagnose equipment issues, interpret wiring diagrams, guide customers through repairs, and coordinate replacement parts and warranty requests, collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

We're especially interested in candidates with electronics, engineering, STEM, manufacturing, laboratory equipment, or technical project experience. You'll work closely with customers, service teams, and engineering personnel to diagnose equipment issues, interpret wiring diagrams, identify replacement parts, and help drive issues to resolution.

What You'll Do

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• STEM-related education in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar fields
• Technical support experience
• Electronics technician experience
• Semiconductor or manufacturing experience
• Field service experience
• Experience troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems
• Hands‑on projects involving electronics, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, robotics, or similar technical hobbies

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
