We are seeking an experienced Technical Support & Diagnostic Specialist (m/f/d) in the Automotive Aftermarket who wants to apply their workshop expertise in an exciting new direction and take the next step in their career.
Bring your know-how and become part of our team, where every colleague has an automotive background, whether as a mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or in another specialized area with various vehicle manufacturers. The role is diverse, and beyond your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, adding even more variety to your daily work. This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week.
You combine technical diagnostic expertise with professional knowledge transfer. Your goal is not only to support workshops with current challenges but also to enable them to carry out diagnostics efficiently and independently in the long term.
Provide technical support to workshops via phone, email, and ticketing system
Advise on diagnostic and repair issues for passenger cars and commercial vehicles from various manufacturers
Independently analyze and resolve technical problems
Document inquiries and solutions within the ticketing system
Work closely with internal specialist departments and share technical knowledge
Conduct and help design practical internal technical training courses and workshops
Continuously expand your knowledge of new vehicle technologies and diagnostic systems
Completed training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Service Technician, or Master Automotive Technician (m/f/d)
Several years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex vehicle systems
Experience with various vehicle brands and powertrain concepts (internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles)
Excellent understanding of modern vehicle technology (e.g., CAN/LIN systems, ECU networking, ADAS, e-mobility)
Confident use of common diagnostic tools (OEM and/or aftermarket systems)
Experience with different vehicle brands and propulsion technologies
Strong customer and service orientation, with an analytical and solution-focused approach to work
Fluent German skills and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
