Zusammenfassung

Getinge is seeking a Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA to lead SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM, driving global ERP initiatives across Europe. You will manage senior managers, coordinate international projects, and ensure SAP configuration aligns with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading senior managers and team leads.
• Extensive SAP configuration and customizing in Sales and Service.
• Experience with SAP SD, GTS, Service/FSM.
• Proven track record leading international IT projects.
• Strong understanding of sales and service business processes.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and structured working style.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM areas, including senior managers.
• Act as IT contact for stakeholders across Europe.

Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM areas, including direct leadership of the respective Senior Managers
• Act as the central IT point of contact for business stakeholders across the European region
• Lead and oversee international IT projects
• Drive the global implementation of ERP, FSM, and GTS components
• Ensure and further develop SAP system configuration and customizing in the areas of Sales and Service
• Hold budget responsibility for relevant IT initiatives (ERP, FSM, GTS)
• Manage and coordinate external consultants and service providers
• Ensure effective collaboration between IT and business functions
• Maintain compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading leaders (Senior Managers, Team Leads)
• Strong expertise in SAP system configuration and customizing, particularly in Sales and Service environments
• Solid experience with SAP SD, GTS, and Service/FSM
• Proven track record in leading international IT projects
• Strong understanding of sales and service business processes
• Experience in ABAP development is an advantage
• Proactive, analytical, and structured working style
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage expectations and balance conflicting priorities
• Very good English skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration
• Interest in innovative technologies and new trends
