Siemens Digital Industries Operations Software is seeking a Technical R&D Lead for Industrial Data Fabric to guide architecture and delivery across Israel and Germany. You will translate product needs into scalable technical designs and drive a high-quality implementation with a globally distributed team.
The role emphasizes leadership, system-level thinking, and building reusable platform components for industrial data and AI-enabled operations.
This position can be based at any Siemens location in Germany(Munich, Erlangen)or Israel.

The Industrial Data Fabric is the foundation of Siemens' AIOperations platform- the layer that connects heterogeneous industrial systems, contextualizes operational data, and makes it available to AI agents and applications in realtime. We are looking for a strong technical leader to define how the DataFabric is built and drive delivery across a globally distributed R&D team. You will work closely with product managers, architects, software engineers, and data scientists to translate the vision into a scalable, high-quality implementation. In addition to technical direction, this role involves directly managing a team across Israel and Germany, with expected team growth ahead.
