Vaeridion GmbH in Munich is seeking a Technical Project Manager (all genders) to lead a critical ERP transformation, from concept to go-live and beyond, shaping how the company operates and scales with future MES integration.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, manage risks, data migration, testing and user adoption, and drive high-impact technical initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Solid understanding of ERP solution requirements and integration milestones.
• Experience leading cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset that drives projects forward.

Your Day-to-Day:

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.




• A strong track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).




• Solid technical understanding of ERP solutions’ general requirements and implementation milestones and the ability to navigate complex integration needs and system landscapes.




• Experience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.




• A hands‑on, proactive mindset—you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward.




• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.




• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management approaches.




• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
