Amazon Operations in Erfurt is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for the technical area of a busy fulfillment center. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure smooth operation of conveyors, building systems and industrial equipment, and uphold safety on shift.

You will manage the maintenance budget, drive CBM initiatives, and analyze KPIs to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and system availability.

In this position, you are responsible on a shift basis for the entire technical area of a fulfillment center. You lead maintenance teams and, together with them, ensure smooth operations and improved availability of conveyor and building systems. You coordinate and optimize production processes and contribute to a safe working environment. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities are carried out on schedule.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
• Experience in project management
• Experience with statistical analysis
