Aufgaben

• Preparation of technical drawings and assembly plans for CNC products.
• Design and development of machine tools.
• Implementation of quality improvements in production.
• Anfertigung erster Entwürfe.
• Erstellung 3D‑Modelle mit CAD‑Software.
• Entwurf und Entwicklung von Werkzeugmaschinen.
• Auslegung mechanischer Bauteile und mechatronischer Systeme gemäß Konzeptvorgaben.
• Durchführung mechanischer Berechnungen, Stücklisten und Dokumentationen.
• Durchführung von Qualitätsverbesserungen und technische Änderungen gemäß internen Vorgaben.
• Kostenkalkulationen und Wertanalysen durchführen.
• Erstellung von Stücklisten für die Produktion.
• Koordination von Designprozessen und Arbeitsschritten unter Berücksichtigung Fertigungsprozessen.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical drawings and assembly plans for CNC products
• Revision and correction of technical drawings
• Preparation of drawings and sketches of their ideas
• Create initial drafts
• Creating 3D models using CAD software
• Design and development of cutting‑edge machine tools
• Design of mechanical components and machines according to concept specifications
• Design and calculation of mechanical components and mechatronic systems
• Preparation of technical calculations, drawings, plans, parts lists and documents
• Implementation of quality improvements
• Planning and implementation of technical changes in accordance with internal requirements
• Carrying out cost calculations and value analyses
• Perform simple calculations
• Derivation of parts lists for production
• Planning and coordination of design processes and work flows taking into account manufacturing processes and proprietary materials
• Monitoring and evaluation of work results

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical studies with a focus on mechanical engineering or technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or similar
• Several years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of machining, machine dynamics, drive control and

• Good knowledge of FEM analysis
• Profound knowledge of process flows in machine tool manufacturing
